Looking for something FUN & FREE to do with the kids?? I’ll be at Blick Art Materials in Allentown, PA Thursday, September 22nd 1-4pm for a Suminagashi paper marbling demo & the kiddos can bring their masterpieces home with them! ((Moms & Dads should give it a try too — it’s so much fun!))

    Ohhh. The kids’ grandma is in Allentown, but it’s 1.5 hours away. Not very frugal when you factor in gas. Will you be doing something like this again, perhaps on a weekend so we can throw a nice visit to grandma into the mix?

        That sounds fabulous! We’ll be over there in a few weeks, hopefully. The mister only gets one full weekend off each month, so we try to use it to spend the weekend. I will definitely let you know when we’re around. I’ll also keep my eyes open for your next Blick visit!

    I wish I could make it–but we only have one car and I can’t walk all that way. 🙁

    I love that store; I used to shop there all the time when I coordinated the art classroom for the Allentown Art Museum.

      I thought of you today!! Met someone from the Allentown Art Museum at the demo this afternoon. I can spend HOURS at Blick — just browsing & drooling over everything! LOL
