  1. I loved Highlights when I was a kid…you’re my hero! Too fun congrats to you Valerie.

    • Thank you, Becky! I have such great memories of it too — all the stories and the lovely hidden pictures. It’s fun to watch the kiddos enjoying the same magazine now! πŸ™‚

  2. Very cute and fun!

  3. Well, you should know that my 6 yr has been dying to make those since we got this issue. We had depleted our empty tp tube stash so we’re saving up the next few so we can make several. Thanks and congratulations!

    • That makes me SO happy, Julie!!! Yay!!!!! πŸ˜€

PS: I’ve been known to ask my neighbors/friends/family for silly things like tp rolls, empty egg cartons, newspapers they may have laying around…. just for crafting! πŸ˜‰

  4. WOW! Congratulations, Valerie! You deserve all this success! Thank you for sharing your creativity and your life with all of us fans here everyday. I feel so lucky to have found you when I did! Your blog inspires me and reminds me that having fun as a family doesnt have to cost a thing! πŸ™‚
