When Emily was getting ready for bed, she asked for a new night light. (Clara has been “borrowing” Emily’s night light for some time now.)
Some battery-powered LED holiday lights in a recycled plastic jar made for a fun (and frugal) “firefly” lantern!
Shhhhh…. Sweet dreams, little one!!
Dear Valerie,
It could be a night-light… or it could be a keep-them-awake-all-night-light. 😉
Love,
Mark
It does look a little bright – but how cute!
Cute! I actually found a real firefly in my bedroom the other night! LOL!
Love this! I always make sure to have my daughter let the fireflies go before she goes to bed. This would be a great idea to pretend they are still there!
This is so precious!
Very sweet photo, and a fun idea!
Ooohhhhh…… I want one!
Fun! I would enjoy having a few in my own room!
Oh, I LOVE this idea! I am pinning it!
Oh my goodness, This idea is perfect. Battery powered and everything?! Now even I can do that. And it looks beautiful. Gave me an idea for party lights as well. 🙂
I almost expected to see a real firefly night light on your blog 🙂 Cute picture!
this lantern is very very nice! have sweet dreams!
