How to Make Banana Sushi

Step 1 — Gather Your Ingredients

To make banana sushi, you will need:

  • 1 Fresh Banana
  • Peanut Butter (or other nut free spread, if allergic)
  • Crispy Rice Cereal

Step 2 — Prepare the Banana Sushi

Peel the banana. Use a butter knife to spread peanut butter on all sides of the banana. Coat in crispy rice cereal. To do this, you can sprinkle the cereal over top, then use the back of a spoon to press it into the peanut butter. Flip the banana over and repeat on the other side.

Step 3 — Presentation

Use a butter knife to slice the banana. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
