I love using the kids’ fingerprints in crafts! It’s a fun way to treasure their tiny fingerprints which will only be tiny for such a short time. Clara and I made some St. Patrick’s Day cards using her thumb print with a green ink pad to make a series of hearts which formed the shamrock leaves. Later, I added the stems with a green colored pencil. She was so proud of her festive shamrock cards!

Now if I could only figure out how to just transfer the fingerprints all over our windows onto the cards…that would give me a good jump start on Spring Cleaning…

Thank you for the idea! We used card stock and they came out beautifully! Great project for my 4 yr old and 3 yr old!
