Snacks for Kids - Chocolate Almond Oat Energy Bites Recipe

An easy peanut, diary, soy, wheat and gluten-free snack for kids!
Ingredients
  • 1½ Cups Oats
  • ½ Cup Almond Butter
  • ⅓ Cup Honey
  • ½ Cup Unsweetened Coconut
  • ½ Cup Ground Flax
  • ½ tsp Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup *optional for sweetness
  • ¼ Cup Coconut Oil (liquified)
  • ¼ Cup Cocoa Powder
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients into a large bowl.
  2. Stir until well blended.
  3. Pour onto sheet of wax paper and roll into a long log.
  4. Refridgerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove and cut into ½ inch peices.
  6. Roll into balls.
  7. Keep refridgerated for best taste.
