To make your own smoothie without a blender, you will need a DOLE Nutrition Plus Fruit and Veggie POWER smoothie and your favorite fruit juice. When prepared with juice each smoothie contains less than 200 calories, and is low in fat and trans fat-free. Store the DOLE Nutrition Plus Fruit and Veggie POWER smoothie in your freezer at home until you’re ready to enjoy.

Remove the DOLE Nutrition Plus Fruit and Veggie POWER smoothie from your freezer, and shake to break up any clumps. If larger pieces remain, allow to thaw for 5 minutes, then break up pieces with a spoon.
Add your favorite fruit juice up to the “fill line” marked on the container. Add slightly more juice for a thinner smoothie, or slightly less for a thicker smoothie.
Shake, shake, shake!!! (I had waaaaay too much fun with this part…)
Serve immediately and enjoy!
