Ingredients

  • Yogurt
  • Grains (quinoa, oats, millet, granola, cous cous, etc...)
  • Add ins: dried fuits, nuts, coconut
Instructions
  1. Cook up your favorite grains
  2. Layer grains, yogurt, fruits and add-ins
  3. Keep refridgerated
  4. Make ahead in to go cups and tape a plastic spoon to side for a breakfast on the go!
