A few years ago, Mark’s parents gifted us with an Elf on the Shelf. Emily named her Daisy, and this year she’s been very busy with crazy adventures!!
Do you have an Elf on the Shelf?? Leave a comment and share his/her adventures with us!

Elfie Momo has written his name in masking tape on the floor, played scrabble with some Toy Story friends, planted some candy cane seeds(in red tinsel grass), and brought some Cars decorations for the kids to color, and some of his favorite hot cocoa after his first trip to the North Pole.
I am definitely running out of ideas and places for him to hide though!

We do thanks to a facebook post you made at the end of November…I ran right out and bought one
So far our elf has been just playing hide and seek however he is becoming more mischievous like making snowmen in the cupboards with marshmallows and toilet papering our Christmas tree! We LOVE our Elfie as he brings so much magic to us each day as the girls search the house for him each morning…Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful tradition

We love our elf Hector! (Our then 3 year old named him himself!)
I just posted on our family blog about his latest adventures
He loves to sit in our tree, houseplants & play with our son’s toys.. the other day he left our son a Rudolph book & colored his nose red.. definitely fun!
I too am running out of creative ideas though..!

We have an elf for our preschool. He gets a new name every year, this year the children named him Tree. Tree loves to watch the children from tall perches. Atop of a picture on the wall, hanging from a curtain rod, top of cabinets, he’s even managed to tangle himself around a wrought iron lamp on top of a shelf. So far the best has been when he crammed himself inside a glass vase. Thanks for the crafty ideas on having him do something while we’re gone!

Val…are you not going to share Daisy’s last name???

Bwhahaha.
Daisy’s last name is “Trimmer”. That’s right, “Daisy Trimmer.”
It’s a name that sounds, well, less than wholesome. Despite this, the girls still love the little elf.

We have Martin, from Elf Magic, and he’s been up to lots of silliness so far, like making snowflakes (like Daisy) and emptying our cupboard of all the cans and using them to build a house on our kitchen table. I think Martin is running out of ideas though.
